Entubamiento del arroyo Sarandí entre las calles Pitágoras y Tapalqué
El Ministerio de Infraestructura de la Provincia de Buenos Aires construyó hace dos años el tramo del entubamiento del arroyo Sarandí entre las calles Pitágoras y Tapalqué. Falta ahora completar el tramo Tapalqué-Larralde (Etapa IV).
Queremos enumerar la importancia que en términos sociales y económicos tendría para el Parque Industrial Villa Luján, Avellaneda y alrededores, completar dicha obra.
1) 20 empresas más. Si se completara la construcción del tramo faltante el Parque Industrial en cuyas 32 Hectáreas ya hay 30 empresas instaladas que dan trabajo directo a 1500 personas, y otras tantas en forma indirecta, fácilmente podrían albergar otras 20 empresas con la consiguiente creación de nuevos empleos.
2) Aspecto Urbanístico. Hoy las empresas de la zona que necesitan instalarse en el Parque Industrial no lo hacen en nuestra localidad por un rechazo estético y problemas sanitarios provocados por el entorno del arroyo sin las obras terminadas. La terminación del entubamiento cambiaría todo el escenario urbanístico no sólo del Parque, sino de todo el área vecina.
3) Medio Ambiente. El entubamiento se alinea con las cada vez más vigentes preocupaciones ecológicas contribuyendo a una mejor calidad de vida.
